Pubs veteran Anand poised to toast maiden RedCat acquisition | Company Information

The selling price of the future offer was unclear on Monday.

Stonegate agreed with the CMA that it would offload 42 web-sites as a ailment of its takeover of Ei Group – the business formerly known as Business Inns.
