O2 Investment Partners Closes Oversubscribed Fund III at $270 Million

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–O2 Investment Partners, LLC (“O2” or the “Firm”) — a private equity firm investing in growth-oriented, privately-held businesses in the North American lower middle market — announces the final closing of O2 Investment Partners Fund III (“Fund III”) with $270 million in capital commitments.
