COMSovereign Expands Aerial Platform Business By Sky Sapience Acquisition Dan Hodges Quoted

Dallas-based communications technological innovation firm COMSovereign Keeping (Nasdaq: COMS) has obtained Israel-based aerial rotorcraft developer Sky Sapience in a $12.7 million deal that brings together $2.7 million in cash and 2.55 million in stock.

Sky Sapience gives the HoverMast tethered drone solution line for airborne wireless network deployment, major celebration checking and border safety purposes, COMSovereign explained Monday.

The merged entity aims to deliver aerial platforms to the departments of Homeland Safety and Protection.
