The Broadway Diner’s present-day hours are 6:30 A-M to 8 P-M Monday by Saturday and 7 to 3 on Sundays.
The primary rail auto diner was moved from Johnson City to its current area on Watson Boulevard again in 1956 and has because been expanded on.
The Anastos household, STeve and Bessie and their 3 sons Leon, John and Jimmy, obtained the small business in 1999.
The Broadway diner serves typical American fare together with some Italian and Greek specialties.
As well as, it gives all day breakfast.
Vice President John Anastos states that prolonged before the pandemic, the diner was obsessed with cleanliness and sanitation.
“Detail is really critical to me. Even how the plate looks, how the front seems, how the toilet appears to be, how the foods appears to be, how the kitchen area looks. I’m continuously selecting items up off the flooring. Just depth, element, shelling out attention to detail,” claims Anastos.
